first week of school is officially over.

hello my beautiful readers :]

i hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. i haven't been able to post, but i'm glad i'm back! so let's recap the last few days...

THURSDAY: my boyfriend's birthday!! so we had school and that just sorta killed it especially since it's only our first week of school and so many people are trying to add classes because of all the budget cuts.. urgh so he had afternoon class and a new class thursday night so we basically had a nice lunch and waited til' he got out of night class to have cake and presents. :[ i know he was bummed and everyone is really broke this year... *sigh i was going to fly him out to LAS VEGAS for the porn convention... since he said he always wanted to go and see.. well maybe next year..

FRIDAY: i had a class in the morning @ 9 so he drove me and it was over an in hour, we decided to go for a lunch and shop aroubd then "WE" had a afternoon class @ 1, but he did not want to go we had an arguement about getting school on track.. and so we both ended up not going and you know the story things get blown our of porportion and i ended up not going to dinner with him for his belated birthday dinner.. and blah... so i stayed home and hung out with my sisters and spent time with my dad... it was nice. i guess in an aspect once you get in a relationship you spend less time with your family and i know it makes them sad that we don't do things the way we use you. i hope once i get things more settled with school, work, and moving in it will be better .

SATURDAY: I had work! :[ it was okay though the flower shop was pretty chill and I sorta just hung out with my boss and co-worker. Worked on some Valentine's Day Advertisement and fixed our store's two websites so pricing for Valentine's Day. *DUN DUN DUN* yeah this year is such a shit year for the economy [ excuse my language] but yeah so my boss decided to drop prices by $ 10.00... i hope people still buy flowers.. but who knows.. all I know is if you want flowers, please don't order online. It's always best to find a local florist and order throught them, if it is going out of the city or area find a florist in the area you are sending it and work through them.. I mean the online one's are bad, but they really don't support your local florist and the pictures ALWAYS lie. meaning if you see a flower arrangement for $29.95 it really only has 8 stems of flower and alot of filler! plus the florist usually has to make up for it so they add more flowers.. i know not everyone cares about that, but if you go through a local florist your flowers come out better because knowing that the customer is local you don't want to shit them.. so yeah that's my advice and shop around and try to find florist with free delivery, usually if you don't mention that they won't give it to you but talk to the phone operator and sometimes their really nice :] okay so after work i attended a dinner with the bf, his auntie helen paid for his father's side of the family to have a little after new years dinner, and so it was an all yuou can eat buffet, our table had some awesome people so i'm happy :] long story but his family doesn't always get along with his own family, their the outcasts.. :[ but its okay because my boyfriend's family is BETTER. lol but yeah so the dinner was fun and later we went to his cousin Connie's house to play beer pong[ first timer!] it's pretty hard. lol so we ended the night @ 2 something and just fell asleep.

SUNDAY: so today's plans... it's beautiful outside so i'm hoping the boyfriend and i go out :] tonight we're having dinner with his friends, because really he does not want to celebrate this SUPERBOWL... he basically hates both teams.. and it's because he is a 49er fan... oh well. alright well i hope you ladies have an awesome rest of the weekend and let this week be a better week...

  2. Yeah, the economy is so depressing right now... :( That's cool that you're a florist though! And I did the whole spend all the time with my ex fiance thing too, but after awhile I began to really balance things out with my family too. Have a great week!
